57. Federal Act, which ameliorates the Federal Act on the Protection of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Labour and Parliamentary Labour Act

The National Council has decided:

Article 1

The Federal Act on the remuneration of the Supreme Institutions of the Federal Republic, the members of the National Council and the Federal Council and the members of the Austrian Parliament sent by Austria (Bundesrefergegesetz-BBezG), as last amended by the BGBl. I n ° 209/2013 is amended as follows:

1. In Section 10 (1), the phrase "up to 6% of the initial amount according to § 2 per month" through the phrase "12% of the initial amount of a monthly salary of a Federal official of the General Administration, Use Group A1, salary level 16 per month" replaced.

2. In Section 10 (2), the word order shall be "the amount referred to in paragraph 1 shall be increased by 3% of the initial amount in accordance with section 2 for each half-hour of the additional period of arrival determined under (3) and (4)." through the phrase "the amount referred to in paragraph 1 shall be increased by 6% of the initial amount of the initial amount referred to in paragraph 1 for each half an hour of the additional period of arrival determined pursuant to paragraphs 3 and 4."

2a. In Section 10 (8), the phrase "the amount referred to in paragraph 1 shall be increased by 6% of the initial amount" through the phrase "the amount referred to in paragraph 1 shall be increased by 12% of the initial amount referred to in paragraph 1" replaced.

3. In § 10 (9), the following are the following paragraphs:

" 1.		by 6% of the initial amount as referred to in paragraph 1, with a disability recognised in the disability passport to the extent of 50 to less than 75%,
2.		by 12% of the initial amount as referred to in paragraph 1, with a disability recognised in the disability passport to the extent of 75 to less than 100%
3.		or 18% of the initial amount referred to in paragraph 1 for a disability-pass disability of 100%. "

4. In Section 10 (10), the phrase " up to 2% of the initial amount according to § 2 per month. For members of the National Council who are entitled to an increased amount within the meaning of paragraphs 2 and 3, this amount shall be increased by 1% of the initial amount. " through the phrase " up to 5% of the initial amount referred to in paragraph 1 per month. For members of the National Council, who are entitled to an increased amount within the meaning of paragraphs 2 and 3, this amount shall be increased by 2.5% of the initial amount as referred to in paragraph 1. " replaced.

(5) In § 21, the following paragraph 14 is added:

" (14) § 10 para. 1, 2, 8, 9 and 10 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No. 57/2014 will enter into force on 1 August 2014. "

Article 2

The Federal Act on the Employment of Parliamentary Employees (Parliament-Workers Act-ParlMG), as last amended by the Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 49/2011 will be amended as follows:

1. In Section 3 (1), the word order shall be "salary level 10" by "salary level 16" replaced.

2. In § 15, the following paragraph 4 is added:

" (4) § 3 (1) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I No. 57/2014 shall enter into force on 1 August 2014. "
