191. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economy and the Federal Minister of Finance, amending the Regulation on the compilation of indices of price development of imports
Pursuant to Sections 4 to 10, 19, 30 and 32 (2) and (4) (4) (4) of the Federal Statistics Act 2000, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 163/1999, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 40/2014, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:
The regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth and the Federal Minister of Finance on the compilation of indices of price development of imports, BGBl. II No 464/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 276/2009, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 1 Z 2 reads:

2. § 12 reads:
" § 12. (1) The Bundesanstalt shall be entitled to an additional annual cost replacement for the year 2014 in the amount of 305,003 euros. The right to cost compensation is € 102,283 compared to the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economics and € 202,720 compared to the Federal Ministry of Finance. The amounts for the year 2014 shall be valorised by 3% per year for the following years up to the year 2017 and, if necessary, to be rounded up to full euro. In 2017, the cost of carrying out the statistics under this Regulation shall be subject to evaluation and redefined for the survey years from 2018 onwards.
(2) The Bundesanstalt is obliged to make use of all possible allowances to the European Union for the implementation of the statistics provided for in this Regulation. The cost reduction shall be reduced in each case by the amount received by the Federal Institute of the European Union. "
§ 14 reads as follows:
" § 14. To the extent that this Regulation refers to other legal provisions, the provisions of this Regulation shall apply as follows:
