In accordance with article 140 paragraph 5 B-VG as well as according to § 64 para 2 in conjunction with section 65 of the Constitution Court of Justice Act 1953, Federal Law Gazette No. 85/1953, published:

The Constitutional Court has recognized to rightly G 96/2013-7, the Federal Chancellor with finding of June 16, 2014, on 31 July 2014:

"§ 55 para 2 lit. g, the phrases ", in case the party position (article 102, paragraph 1 lit. h) to take"and" in all official proceedings under this federal law, as well as "in article 55, paragraph 5 and article 102, paragraph 1 lit. "h of the water law of 1959 (WRG 1959), Federal Law Gazette No. 215/1959 in the version of Federal Law Gazette.
