63. Bundesgesetz, which amalgated the occasional transport law in 1996

The National Council has decided:

The Occasional Traffic Law 1996, BGBl. 112, as last amended by BGBl. I No 32/2013, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 3 (1) Z 3 reads:

" 3.

for the carriage of passengers by passenger cars which are held in public places for everyone's use or are requested by means of telecommunications equipment (motor vehicles powered by motor vehicles-commercial vehicles) (taxi-trade)); this industrial authorization also includes the carriage of goods which can be carried by a person without the assistance of technical aids, and the carriage of a closed group of participants on the basis of: special orders; or "

(2) The following paragraph 9 is added to § 15:

" (9) Anyone who carries out a transport for pupils (§ 106 (10) KFG), although the alcohol content of his blood is more than 0.1 g/l (0.1 per mille) or the alcohol content of his breathing air is more than 0.05 mg/l, is subject to an administrative surrender and is to punish with a fine of 363 euros up to 2180 euros, unless there is also a violation of § § 37 (3) Z 3 or 37a FSG or against § 99 (1) to 1b StVO 1960. "

(3) The following paragraph 6 is added to § 21:

" (6) § 3 para. 1 Z 3 and § 15 para. 9 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I N ° 63/2014 will enter into force on 1 September 2014. "
