73. Revelation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of Section 65 (1) of the Security Policy Act 1991 by the Constitutional Court

In accordance with Art. 140 (5) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 Z 2 in conjunction with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85/1953, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 23 June 2014, G 90 /2013-8, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 15 July 2014, rightly recognized:

" § 65 (1) of the Federal Law on the Organization of the Security Administration and the Exercistion of Security Police (Security Police Act-SPG), BGBl. No 566/1991, as amended by the BGBl version. I No 13/2012, will be repealed as unconstitutional. "
