209. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Women, amending the regulation on the curricula for the commercial academy and the commercial school, as well as the decree-opening and subdivision regulation; Religious Education

Article 1

Amendment of the regulation on curricula for the commercial academy and the commercial school

Because of

1.

of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, in particular § 6, 60, 61, 74 and 75 thereof,

2.

Article II of the Federal Law, which amelates the Minority School Act for Carinthia, BGBl. No 420/1990, and

3.

§ 7 (1) of the Federal Teacher's Teacher Training Act, BGBl. No 244/1965, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 211/2013,

Is prescribed:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Education and Arts on the curricula for the commercial academy and the commercial school, BGBl. No 895/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 283/2006 and in the version of the BGBl Notice. II No 130/2009, shall be amended as follows:

(1) In Article I, Article 4 of the following paragraph 7 is added:

" (7) The facilities A1, A2 and A3 as well as Appendix B1 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 209/2014 (with the exception of the curricula for religious education as well as with the exception of the definition of educational and teaching duties, teaching materials and didactical principles from the 10th of October 2014). September of the following years ascending into force. "

Annexes A1, A2 and A3 forming part of this Regulation, as well as Annex B1, shall be replaced by Annexes A1, A2 and A3 and B1 respectively.

Article 2

Publication of the curricula for religious education

On the basis of § 2 para. 2 of the Law of Religion, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 190/1949, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 36/2012, is made known:

The curricula for the teaching of religion contained in Annexes A1, A2 and A3 and B1 respectively under Section VI have been issued by the churches and religious societies concerned and are hereby hereby established in accordance with Article 2 (2) of the Religious Teaching Act announced.

Article 3

Amendment of the opening and partial numerical regulation

On the basis of § 8a of the School Organization Act, BGBl. No 242/1962, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, shall be arranged:

The Opening-and Partial Numerical Ordinance, BGBl. No 86/1981, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 185/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. The subdivision in § 6 para. 1 Z 9 reads:

" 9.

in the classroom (including the part of the workshop in the subject of the subject "Workshop including Manufacturing and Machine Science" at technical schools and colleges for fashion and clothing technology) as well as in the higher country- and forestry educational institutions in the subject of the teaching subject "Internship" with a class pupil number of 20 pupils, unless lit. a to d apply; "

2. § 6 para. 1 Z 9 lit. e is deleted.

3. The following Z 9a, 9b, 9c and 9d shall be inserted in accordance with Article 6 (1) Z 9:

" 9a.

In "Business exercises including practice company, project management and project work" at commercial schools in two groups of pupils with a number of pupils of 16 pupils,

9b.

in "customer orientation and sales" in commercial schools in two groups of pupils with a number of pupils of 16 pupils,

9c.

"Personal education and social competence" in commercial schools and commercial academies in two groups of pupils, with a number of pupils of 16 pupils,

9d.

in "Business Behaviour" as well as "Business Training, Project Management, Practice Firm and Case Studies" in commercial academies in two groups of pupils with a number of pupils of 16 pupils, "

4. § 6 para. 1 Z 10 reads:

" 10.

in computer science at the upper level of general higher schools and in the teaching of (electronic) data processing as well as in the teaching of "business informatics" at the trade academies in two groups of pupils with a number of pupils of 12 pupils, "

5. § 6 para. 1 Z 11 reads:

" 11.

in computer-assisted accounting and computer-aided word processing, as well as in "Officemanagement und angewandte Informatik" (Office Management and Applied Computer Science) at the trading academies and at the commercial schools in two groups of pupils with a number of pupils of 16 Pupils, "

6. The following paragraph 9 is added to § 10:

" (9) The provisions set out below in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 209/2014 shall enter into force as follows:

1.

Section 6 (1) Z 9 shall enter into force on 1 September 2014.

2.

Section 6 (1) (c) 9a shall apply with respect to the 1. Classes of the trading schools with 1 September 2014 and with respect to the other classes of the trading schools, each with 1 September of the following years ascending into force.

3.

Section 6 (1) Z 9b enters into force with respect to the 2nd classes of the trading schools with 1 September 2015.

4.

§ 6 para. 1 Z 9c occurs with regard to the 1. Classes of the trading schools and with regard to the I. vintages of the trade academies with 1 September 2014 as well as with regard to the other classes of the trading schools in each case with 1 September of the following years ascending into force.

§ 6 Para. 1 Z 9d occurs with regard to the II. Years of the trade academies with 1 September 2015 and with respect to the other vintages in each case with 1 September of the following years ascending into force.

§ 6 para. 1 Z 10 occurs with regard to the II. Years of the trade academies with 1 September 2015 and with respect to the other vintages in each case with 1 September of the following years ascending into force.

7.

§ 6 para. 1 Z 11 occurs with regard to the 1. Classes of the trading schools and with regard to the I. vintages of the trade academies with 1 September 2014 and with regard to the further classes of the trading schools and the other vintages of the commercial academy, each with 1 September of the following years Ascending into force.

§ 6 para. 1 Z 9 lit. e shall enter into force with respect to the second classes of the trading schools with effect from 31 August 2015 and with respect to the 3. Classes of trading schools with the expiry of 31 August 2016. "
