213. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management, amending the Regulation on pupil contributions to higher agricultural and forestry teaching institutions

On the basis of § 4 (3) of the Federal Law on Agriculture and Forestry, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 175/1966, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I n ° 48/2014, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

The regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the student contributions to higher agricultural and forestry teaching institutions, BGBl. No 393/1989, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 305/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2 (1), before the word "Students" the phrase "Schoolgirls and" inserted.

2. § 5 (1) reads:

"(1) One point of the student home contribution laid down in this Regulation is equivalent to an amount of EUR 1.374."

3. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 6:

" (3) § 2 (1) and § 5 (1) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 213/2014 will enter into force with the end of the day of the event in the Federal Law Gazans. "
