242. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Suchtgiftverordnung

On the basis of § § 2 (2) and 10 (1) (1) Z 5 of the Suchtmittelgesetz (SMG), BGBl. I n ° 112/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 50/2012, shall be arranged:

The Suchtgiftverordnung (SV), BGBl. II No 374/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 464/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 21 (1) second sentence reads:

" The prescription shall be made on the form for the substitution prescription issued by the Social Health Insurance, which shall be replaced by:

2. § 22 (1), last sentence shall be deleted.

(3) The following paragraphs 10 and 11 are added to § 35:

" (10) § 21 (1), second sentence, § 22 (1) and § 35 (11) in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 242/2014 are due to 1. October 2014, in force. Annex IV.1. in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 242/2014 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force.

(11) The Federal Ministry of Health pursuant to § 22, as amended by the Regulation BGBl. II No 357/2012 shall continue to be valid until 31 March 2015 after the entry into force of this Regulation and may be used until that date for prescription in accordance with § 21. "

4. In Annex IV.1. is between the lines "Fenetyllin" and "Levamfetamine" the line "gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB), except in preparations, if they do not contain any other addictive agent and, without being used on the human or animal body, contain no more than 1 per cent gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB)" inserted.

(5) In Annex IV.1. is in the line " the esters, ethers and molecular compounds of those under IV.1. listed addiction poisons " the word "Ester" by "Ester*" , and at the end of Annex IV.1. the line " * excluding Butyro-1,4-lacton (GBL) " inserted.
