243. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Health, with which the Psychotropic Ordinance is amended

Due to § 3 (1) of the Suchtmittelgesetz (SMG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 112/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 50/2012, shall be arranged:

The Psychotropic Ordinance (PV), BGBl. II No 375/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 358/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Appendix 1 under point 2. "Substances and preparations of Annex IV to the United Nations Convention on Psychotropic Substances (§ 3 (1) of the Law on Narcotic Drugs)" No longer between rows "Flurazepam" and "Halazepam" the line "GHB" .

2. The following paragraph 3 is added to § 21:

" (3) Annex 1, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 243/2014 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
