188. Presentation by the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the media concerning the scope of the Convention on the procedure in civil law matters

According to the Government of the Netherlands, on 3 March 2014 Mongolia has its instrument of accession to the Convention relating to the Civil Law Procedure (BGBl. No. 91/1957, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III, No 80/2013). This accession will take effect pursuant to Article 31 (1) of the Convention as of 14 November 2014.
