According to the announcement by the Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs, the following countries have ratified their ratification and/or ratification of the Convention. On the occasion of the deposit of the accession document, China has declared itself by way of Art. XIX of the Convention shall not be subject to any binding.
In addition, China has announced that the agreement with China's declared reservation of Art. XIX will also apply to the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.
