260 Ordinance of the Federal Minister for agriculture and forestry, environment and water management on the temporary establishment of a fertilizer application prohibition time period

On the basis of the 55 of section p Water Act 1959 (WRG 1959), Federal Law Gazette No. 215, in the version BGBl. I, no. 54/2014, is prescribed:

The regulation establishing the action programme to the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources, in the version in 2012 Official Gazette of the Wiener Zeitung of May 4, 2012, no. 87, as amended by Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung of November 20, 2012, no. 224, is amended at the suggestion of the country main men of Burgenland, Carinthia, lower Austria, Upper Austria, as follows:

1. in article 2 the following paragraph 6 is added after paragraph 5:

"(3) section 2 para 6 as amended by Federal Law Gazette II No. 260/2014, occurs at the end of the 16th November 2014 override."
