The notification referred to in Article 54 (1) of the Convention was deposited with the Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union on 5 July 2005, and, according to the Secretary-General's note, the Agreement entered into force on 1 May 2014 in accordance with Article 54 (1) of the Convention.
