273 Ordinance of the Federal Government on the status of the Permanent Court of arbitration in Austria

On the basis of § 1 para 4 of the Federal law on the granting of privileges and immunities on international organizations, Federal Law Gazette No. 677/1977, is prescribed in consultation with the Policy Committee of the National Council:

§ 1. You will be granted, with the exception of section 9 lit the Permanent Court of arbitration articles I to VII of the Convention on the privileges and immunities of the specialized agencies, Federal Law Gazette No. 248/1950, contained privileges and immunities. b and c, as well as section 19 lit. (f).

§ 2. The privileges laid down in international agreements and immunities relating to the Permanent Court of arbitration, in particular article 46 the last sentence of the Convention of 18 October 1907 for the peaceful settlement of international disputes (I agreement II. Hague Peace Conference), RGBl. No. 177/1913, remain unaffected.

3. experts who are working on behalf of the Permanent Court of arbitration, be that article VI of the Convention on the privileges and immunities of the United Nations, Federal Law Gazette No. 126/1957, contained privileges and immunities granted.
