273. Federal Government Ordinance on the status of the Permanent Court of Arbitration in Austria

Pursuant to Section 1 (4) of the Federal Act on the granting of privileges and immunities to international organisations, BGBl. N ° 677/1977, shall be assigned in agreement with the Main Committee of the National Council:

§ 1. The Permanent Court of Arbitration shall be subject to the provisions of Articles I to VII of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Special Organizations, BGBl. No 248/1950, granted privileges and immunities, with the exception of Section 9 lit. b and c and section 19 lit. F.

§ 2. The privileges and immunities of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, as set out in international conventions, and in particular the last sentence of Article 46 of the Convention of 18. October 1907 for the peaceful execution of international disputes (I. Convention of the II Haager peace conference), RGBl. No 177/1913, shall remain unaffected.

§ 3. Experts acting on behalf of the Permanent Court of Arbitration shall be the subject of the provisions of Article VI of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations, BGBl. No 126/1957, granted privileges and immunities.
