275. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economy, which changes the Cosmetic Article producer Regulation

Pursuant to Section 18 (1) of the Commercial Code 1994, BGBl. 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 125/2013 and in the version of the BGBl rallies. I No 202/2013, BGBl. I No 212/2013 and BGBl. I No 60/2014, shall be arranged:

The Cosmetics article producer regulation, BGBl. II No 42/2003, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 399/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 1, at the end of Z 10, the point shall be indicated by a dash and the word "or" , the following Z 11 shall be added:

" 11.

Certificate of successful visit to the Annex defined courses. "

2. § 1 Z 4 lit. a is:

" 4a. the successful decommissioning of the apprenticeship examination in one of the following professions: chemical laboratory technician, chemical laboratory technology, chemical process engineering, chemical worker, drugist/in, cosmetic/in, pharmaco-commercial assistant, Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistance or Pest Control/in "

3. The following Annex is added:

" Asset

1. The course shall be completed at the Economic Development Institute of a Chamber of Industrial Business, at the Vocational Training Institute or at a comparable training institution.

The course shall, in any event, cover the following subject-matter with the minimum number of teaching hours specified for the subject-matter concerned:
