292. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, the Constitution and the Media, which will amend the threshold ordinance for 2012

On the basis of § § 18 and 186 of the Federal Law of Procurement 2006 (BVergG 2006), BGBl. I No 17/2006, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 128/2013, shall be arranged:

The Federal Chancellor's Regulation on the adjustment of thresholds set in the Federal Law on the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2006 (threshold value regulation 2012), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). II No 95/2012, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 262/2013, shall be amended as follows:

In section 2 (1), the word order shall be "31 December 2014" through the phrase "31 December 2016" replaced.
