Agreement in accordance with article 15a B-VG, modifies existing agreements on the expansion of full-day school

The Federal Government - represented by the Federal Government--and the signatory countries - each represented by the Governor-, in the following called "Parties", have agreed to conclude the following agreement in accordance with article 15a B-VG:

Article 1

The agreement in accordance with article 15a B-VG on the expansion which I will whole-day school, Federal Law Gazette No. 115/2011, how is changed:

1 article 4 para 2 is added:

"The funding for the year 2014 amounting to 37.6 million euros can be used also for infrastructure measures and 50,000.00 euro as a one-off payment per group must not be exceeded."

2. in article 4, paragraph 5 is the phrase "2014/2015" by the phrase "2018/2019" replaced.

Article 2

The agreement in accordance with article 15a B-VG about the further expansion of all-day school forms, Federal Law Gazette I no. 192/2013, is amended as follows:

1. in article 4 paragraph 1, the amount "EUR 78.534.000,00" is replaced by the amount "EUR 28.292.508,74".

2. pursuant to article 4 paragraph 2 replaced the table regarding following table the year 2014 by:

Article 3

(1) after the Federal constitutional requirements for the entry into force on the part of the Federal Government are met, until the expiry of the 14 November 2014 so enters into force, this agreement with 15 November 2014 between the Federal Government and those countries that meet the requirements for the entry into force according to the respective constitutions of the country and whose notifications relating to the fulfilment of these conditions exist in the Federal Chancellor's Office until the expiry of the 14 November 2014.

(2) the agreement not referred to in paragraph 1 with 15 November 2014 into force so enters into force, this agreement with the first month of month following the month in which the requirements of the Federal Government and at least one country are met.

(3) after the entry into force of the agreement referred to in paragraph 2, this becomes effective on the other countries of that month the first month following the month in which the requirements referred to in paragraph 1 are met, the.

(4) the Federal Chancellor's Office will inform according to para 1, 2 or 3 the Federal Ministry of education and women and countries of the conditions.

(5) this agreement is issued in a single original. The original copy is deposited with the Chancellor's Office. This shall transmit certified true copies of the agreement countries.

 

The agreement entered into force paragraph 1 with 15 November 2014 between the Federal Government and the laender Carinthia, lower Austria, Upper Austria, Salzburg, Styria, Tyrol and Vienna in accordance with article 3.
