228. Proclamation of the Federal Minister for culture, constitutional and media regarding the scope of the European Convention on the transfer of law enforcement

After notification of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Latvia has on September 16, 2010 his under article 13 para. 2 of the Convention on the transfer of law enforcement (Federal Law Gazette No. 250/1980, last proclamation of the scope BGBl. III No. 168/2008) updated competent Behörde1 as follows:

Another communication of the Secretary-General that the Czech Republic has amended as follows their Erklärung2 given in accordance with article 13 of the Convention on 6 October 2014:

"Following a request from the Czech Republic shall be under the Convention on the part of the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor of the Czech Republic before the case before the Court; other requests are to deliver on the part of the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. Under the Convention are to be directed to the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor of the Czech Republic. request for other Contracting States"
