324. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the Labour Regulations and the Regulation on the Security Confidential Persons are amended

Article I

Amendment of the Regulation on the employment of workers

On the basis of § 25 and § 32 (1) of the Employees ' Protection Act (ASchG), BGBl. N ° 450/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 71/2013, shall be arranged:

The Ordinance on Labour Regulations (AStV), BGBl. II No 368/1998, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 256/2009, shall be amended as follows:

1. There is no entry in the table of contents " § 44. Fire Protection Group " .

2. In § 43 (1), in the first sentence after the word order "if necessary a replacement person" the phrase "and, if this is not sufficient, further appropriate measures".

3. § 44 together with the title shall be deleted.

(4) The following paragraph 7 is added to § 48:

" (7) The table of contents as well as § 43 (1) in the version BGBl. II No. 324/2014 will be 1. Jänner 2015 in force. Section 44, together with the title, will expire on 31 December 2014. "

Article 2

Amendment of the Regulation on security confidential persons

On the basis of § § 10, 11 of the Employees ' Protection Act (ASchG), BGBl. N ° 450/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 71/2013, shall be arranged:

The regulation on security trusts, BGBl. No 172/1996, shall be amended as follows:

(1) The following paragraph 2a is added to Article 4 (2):

"(2a) The necessary technical conditions are also fulfilled if a security trust person has successfully completed a technical training for security personnel (§ 74 ASchG) or a medical training (§ 79 para. 2 ASchG)."

(2) The following paragraph 6 is added to § 10:

" (6) § 4 (2a) in the version BGBl. II No. 324/2014 occurs with 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
