Termination of the European Convention for the Protection of Archaeological Heritage

The Federal President, on behalf of the Republic of Austria, declares the European Convention for the Protection of Archaeological Heritage 1 of 6 May 1969 pursuant to Article 13 (2) thereof.

The instrument of dismissal signed by the Federal President and countersigned by the Federal Chancellor was deposited with the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe on 27 November 2014; the dismissal will be terminated pursuant to Article 13 (3) of the Convention with 28 May 2015 effective.
