339. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA), which repeals the liquidity regulation

Pursuant to Section 25 (11) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 59/2014, shall be arranged:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Finance for the implementation of the Banking Act (Liquidity Regulation), BGBl. No 771/1993, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 316/2013, shall expire on 31 December 2014.
