343. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) amending the asset, success and risk identification regulation (FMA)

On the basis of § 74 (1) and (6) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 59/2014, is assigned with the approval of the Federal Minister of Finance:

The asset, success and risk pass regulation-VERA-V, BGBl. II No 471/2006, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 144/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. Annexes A3e , A3f , F3e and F3f are: (see annexes)

2. Appendix B1 is: (see Annex)

(3) The following paragraph 12 is added to § 17:

" (12) The Annexes A3e, A3f, F3e and F3f in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 343/2014 shall enter into force on 31 December 2014. The Appendix B1 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 343/2014 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force and is for the first time to be applied to reports on the reporting date of March 31, 2015. "
