345. Ordinance of the Federal Chancellor on the minimum rates for the assessment of the supplementary allowance for the year 2015 (Supplementary allowance ordinance 2015-ErgZV 2015)

Due to § 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965, BGBl. N ° 340, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 46/2014 shall be arranged:

§ 1. The minimum rates within the meaning of Section 26 (5) of the Pension Act 1965 shall be as of 1. Jänner 2015

1.

for civil servants, € 872.31 and increase for married civil servants or officials whose marriage is divorced, annulled or annulled if they are required to pay for the maintenance of their former € 134,59 for each child for which the official or the official is entitled to a benefit under Section 25 of the Pension Act 1965;

2.

for the surviving spouse, € 872.31 and increase for each child for which the surviving spouse is entitled to benefit under Section 25 of the Pensions Act 1965, by € 134,59;

3.

for a half-orphan until the completion of the 24th Life year 320,84 € and after this date 570,14 €;

4.

for a full orphan until the completion of the 24th Life year 481,75 € and after this date 872,31 €;

5.

for a former spouse 872,31 €.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force.
