355. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and the Economy on the fees for the notification of posts under the Construction Products Certification Act (Construction Product Identification Fee Regulation 2015-BPNGV 2015)

On the basis of § 7 (2) of the Construction Products Act 2013 (BPNG 2013), BGBl. I n ° 113/2013, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

§ 1. For the application for notification, the body has to pay an application fee. This is composed of a basic fee for each function requested (Annex V, point 2 of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products) and repealing Council Directive 89 /106/EEC Council, OJ No. OJ L 88 of 04.04.2011 p. 5, as amended by the corrigendum OJ L 88, 31.5.2011, No. OJ L 103 of 12.04.2013 p. 10, as last amended by the delegated regulation (EU) No 574/2014, OJ L 103, 25.4.2014, p. No. L 159 of 28.5.2014 S 41, in the amount of EUR 200 as well as an additional fee for each technical specification applied for in the amount of 30 euros. In the case of an application for modification of an existing notification, the basic fee is 100 euros.

§ 2. A technical specification shall be subject to a harmonised technical specification as referred to in Article 2 (10) and to a specification of cross-domain notification in accordance with point 3 of Annex V to Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 laying down a technical specification harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89 /106/EEC, OJ L 139, 30.4.1989, p. No. OJ L 88 of 04.04.2011 p. 5, as amended by the corrigendum OJ L 88, 31.5.2011, No. OJ L 103 of 12.04.2013 p. 10, as last amended by the delegated regulation (EU) No 574/2014, OJ L 103, 25.4.2014, p. No. OJ L 159, 28.5.2014 S 41.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force.
