87. Federal Act, which amalgles the 1967 Power Act

The National Council has decided:

The Kraftfahrgesetz 1967, BGBl. No. 267, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. N ° 26/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 14 (5), the word shall be: "Schweinverfers" by the word "Spotlight" replaced.

2. In Section 15 (5) (1) (1) and (20) (4), the word shall be: "Pig thrower" by the word "Headlight" replaced.

3. In § 15 para. 5 Z 2 the word shall be "Pig's throwers" by the word "Spotlights" replaced.

Section 24 (2a) reads as follows:

" (2a) By way of derogation from Article 3 lit. (a) Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 must, in the case of omnibuses which are used in regional scheduled services, other than those whose drive energy is taken from overhead lines (trolleybuses), in any case a recording equipment in the sense of the Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85. In the case of the use of the recording equipment in local traffic within the meaning of § 103 (3b), first half-sentence, it is possible, provided that the respective records in the permanent establishment are based on the following provisions of this Federal Act and of Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85 shall be:

1.		the obligation to provide proof of age during the day and the last 28 days in which the handlebar has been in sick leave or on holiday, or has steered a vehicle for which there is no obligation to control equipment ;
2.		by the end of 31 December 2020, from the obligation to co-operate the record sheets in accordance with Article 15 (7) of Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85, in so far as the driving times are for the same holding;
3.		by the end of 31 December 2020, from the obligation to enter manually in accordance with § 102a (6) and (8) in conjunction with Annex I B, Chapter III, point 6.2. of Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85, when a driver's change is made. "

5. In § 24 para. 2b Z 1 lit. h is the expression "50 km" by the expression "100 km" replaced.

6. § 24 para. 2b Z 2 reads:

" 2.		, if the steering of the vehicle for the handlebar does not constitute the main activity, vehicles connected with sewerage, flood protection, water, gas and electricity supply, telegram and telephone service providers, radio and television stations and the recording of radio and/or radio stations, respectively television transmitters or devices; "

7. The following paragraph 28 is added to § 135:

" (28) The amendments by the Federal Act BGBl. I No 87/2014 shall enter into force as follows:

1.		Section 24 (2a) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 87/2014 with 1. Jänner 2015,
2.		§ 24 para. 2b, Z 1 lit. h and Z 2 respectively in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 87/2014 with 2 March 2015. "
