Key Benefits:
1. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, which changes the list of teachers ' lists
On the basis of § 7 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2003, shall be ordered:
The regulation of the Federal Minister of Economics and Labour, with which the teaching profession list is enacted, BGBl. No 268/1975, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 370/2003, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, the following provisions concerning the teaching professions Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau, Buch-und Medienwirtschaft-Buch-und Musikalienhandel, Buch-und Medienwirtschaft-Buch-und Medienwirtschaft-Buch-und Medienwirtschaft-Buch-und Medienwirtschaft-und Medienwirtschaft-Buch-und Musikalivererk-und Wholesale of the press, book and media industry publishing house, office clerk/office clerk, buyer/buyer, wholesale trader/wholesale trader, hotel and catering assistant/hotel and catering assistant, real estate clerk/real estate purchase, Industrial clerk/industrial conspicuer, Legal Assistant Assistant/Law Office Assistant, Travel Agent Assistant/Travel Agent Assistant, Speditionskaufmann/Speditionskauffrau, Versicherungskaufmann/Versicherungskauffrau, as well as Administrative Assistant/Administrative Assistant including Teacher's Time and Related legislation inserted. In addition, the provisions relating to the teaching professions of accounting, warehouse logistics, mobility service, personnel service and forwarding logistics will be replaced by the following provisions.
