14. Ordination of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Labour, with the training regulations for the teaching profession Speditionskaufmann/Speditionskauffrau

On the basis of § 8 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 79/2003, shall be ordered:

Lecturing profession Speditionskaufmann/Speditionskauffrau

§ 1. The teaching profession Speditionskaufmann/Speditionskauffrau has been set up with a teaching period of three years.

Professional profile

§ 2. Through vocational training in the course of teaching and in the vocational school, the trained apprentice is to be able to carry out the following activities in a professional, independent and self-responsible way:

1.

Offer, organise and process transport services, storage services and special services,

2.

select and dispense the optimal modes of transport and main traffic routes,

3.

speditional services (transport, customs, warehouse, insurance),

4.

carry out specialist work in accounting (cost accounting, calculation and controlling),

5.

to settle customs arrangements in global economic transport,

6.

organise and implement the movement of goods within the EU internal market,

7.

Organize and carry out work in warehouse management and logistic process control,

8.

support and advise customers,

9.

Use information and telecommunications equipment in-company, work with personal computers and networks,

10.

carry out work taking into account the relevant legal provisions (insurance, liability, transport modes),

11.

Planning and controlling work processes, assessing and documenting achievements, applying quality management systems,

12.

in the case of simple work in logistics management.

13.

Carry out administrative work by means of the operational information and communication systems,

14.

participate in company accounting and cost accounting,

15.

Create, maintain, and evaluate statistics, files and files.

§ 3. (1) The following vocational training shall be established for the training. Transitional provisions

§ 5. (1) The Speditionskaufmann Training Order, BGBl. II No 161/1998, without prejudice to the provisions on examination requirements, with the expiry of 31 December 2003.

(2) apprentices who are trained in the Forwarding Department on 31 December 2003 may be trained in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 1 above.

(3) The teaching periods completed in the teaching profession Speditionskaufmann in accordance with the training regulations referred to in paragraph 1 are to be fully attributed to the teaching period in the Forwarding Merchant/Speditionskauffrau (Forwarding Department).
