18 regulation of the Federal Minister for Economics and labour, with the training rules for the teaching profession of warehouse logistics

On the basis of article 8 of the vocational training Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 79/2003, is prescribed:

Teaching warehouse logistics



§ 1.

 The teaching of warehouse logistics is decorated with an apprenticeship of three years.

Professional profile



§ 2.

 Through the vocational training in teaching and in the vocational school trained apprentice should be enabled independently, professionally and independently carry out the following activities:

§ 4. This Regulation shall enter into force January 1, 2004.

Transitional provisions



5. (1) the warehouse logistics training regulations, Federal Law Gazette II No. 105/2001, is without prejudice to the provisions on the examination requirements at the end of December 31, 2003 override.

(2) further, apprentices, who are trained in the teaching of warehouse logistics at December 31, 2003, can be trained according to the training regulations listed in paragraph 1.

(3) the lumberyards, which were completed in the teaching profession of warehouse logistics according to the training regulations listed in paragraph 1, are on the apprenticeship in the teaching profession according to this regulation fully attributable to warehouse logistics.
