39. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, amending the Regulation on the technical inspection service of the paying agent in the wine sector established at AMA

On the basis of § 96 and Section 99 (1) (8) and (3) of the Law on the Market Rules of 1985, BGBl. No. 210, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 108/2001 and § 3 (2) of the Wine Act 1999, BGBl. I n ° 141, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 110/2002, shall be assigned:

The regulation of the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management on the technical testing service of the paying agent in the wine sector established at AMA, BGBl. II No 242/2003, shall be amended as follows:

1. The promulgation clause is as follows:
