88. Federal Law, amending the 1960 highway code

The National Council has decided:

The Road Traffic Regulations 1960 (StVO 1960), BGBl. No 159, as last amended by BGBl. I No 27/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 45 (2a) the following shall be added after the word: "Food" Deleted and a dash after the word order "within the meaning of Section 42 (3a)" inserted.

2. In accordance with § 45 (2b), the following paragraph 2c is inserted:

" (2c) If the authorization of an exception pursuant to para. 1 to 2a is to apply on application to two or more federal states, the granting of the authorization shall be the responsibility of the state government in whose local area of effect the journey begins, Commutations coming from abroad are those of the state government whose local area of activity is first driven; the agreement with the other national governments to be established is to be established. "

(3) The following paragraph 16 is added to section 103:

" (16) § 45 (2a) and § 45 (2c) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 88/2014 will enter into force with 1.1.2015. "
