90. Federal Law, which changes the Labour Market Policy Finance Act

The National Council has decided:

Labour Market Policy-Finance Law, BGBl. No. 315/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 40/2014, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 13 (1) first sentence reads:

" Aid for short-time work according to § 37b AMSG and aid for short-time work with qualification according to § 37c AMSG are to be treated in the years 2011 to 2015 as expenses according to the AlVG, with a ceiling of 30 million in 2015. € per year. "

(2) The following paragraph 56 is added to § 10:

" (56) § 13 para. 1 in the version of the Federal Law, BGBl. I n ° 90/2014, occurs with 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
