Article I

Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Business, which will determine the contribution of green electricity for the calendar year 2015 (Ökostromfördercontributing Ordinance 2015)

Due to § 48 (2) of the German Ecoelectricity Act 2012 (ÖSG 2012), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 75/2011, as amended by BGBl. I No 11/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. The green electricity contribution to be paid by all final consumers connected to the public network in accordance with section 48 (1) of the ÖSG 2012 will be paid for the calendar year 2015 with 30.76% of the average Austria-wide, per network level Network usage and loss of net loss as defined in the Regulation of the Regulatory Commission of E-Control, which determines the charges for use of the system.

§ 2. (1) The following amounts shall apply to the network charge component network usage fee (performance) for the calendar year 2015:

1.

on network levels 1 and 2

1,231 Euro/kW;

2.

on network level 3

7,907 Euro/kW;

3.

on the network level 4

11,288 Euro/kW;

4.

on network level 5

10,467 Euro/kW;

5.

on network level 6

11,005 Euro/kW;

6.

on network level 7 (measured power)

11,951 Euro/kW;

7.

on network level 7 (interruptible)

0 Euro/kW;

8.

on network level 7 (unmeasured power)

4.946 Euro/counting point.

(2) The following amounts shall apply to the network charge component network usage fee (work) for the calendar year 2015:

1.

on network levels 1 and 2

0.022 cent/kWh;

2.

on network level 3

0,114 Cent/kWh;

3.

on the network level 4

0.176 cent/kWh;

4.

on network level 5

0,274 Cent/kWh;

5.

on network level 6

0,442 Cent/kWh;

6.

on network level 7 (measured power)

0,691 Cent/kWh;

7.

on network level 7 (interruptible)

0,692 Cent/kWh;

8.

on network level 7 (unmeasured power)

1,280 Cent/kWh.

(3) The following amounts shall apply to the network charge component network loss charge for the calendar year 2015:

1.

on network levels 1 and 2

0.012 cent/kWh;

2.

on network level 3

0.016 cent/kWh;

3.

on the network level 4

0.023 cent/kWh;

4.

on network level 5

0.038 cent/kWh;

5.

on network level 6

0.034 cent/kWh;

6.

on network level 7

0.085 cent/kWh.

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force.

Article II

Regulation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and the Economy, which will determine the ecoelectricity package for the calendar years 2015 to 2017 (Ecocurrent Package-Regulation 2015)

Due to § 45 (4) of the German Ecoelectricity Act 2012 (ÖSG 2012), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I No 75/2011, as amended by BGBl. I No 11/2012, shall be arranged:

§ 1. For the calendar years 2015 to and including 2017, the final consumers who are connected to the public network according to § 45 (1) ÖSG 2012 shall be responsible for the calendar years 2015:

1.

for network users connected to network levels 1 to 3

EUR 104,444;

3.

for network users connected to network level 4

EUR 104,444;

4.

for network users connected to network level 5

EUR 15,517;

5.

for network users connected to network level 6

EUR 955;

6.

for network users connected to network level 7

33 Euro.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force.
