362. Regulation of the Federal Government amending the Regulation on the General Service Regulations for the Bundesheer
On the basis of § 7 (3) of the Military Act 2001 (WG 2001), BGBl. I n ° 146/2001, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 181/2013, is decreed with the approval of the main committee of the National Council:
The Federal Government's Regulation on the General Service Regulations for the Federal Army (ADV), BGBl. No 43/1979, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II n ° 134/2001 and the proclamation of the Federal Chancellor BGBl. II No 310/2002, shall be amended as follows:
1. The promulgation clause is:
" On the basis of § 7 (3) of the Military Act 2001 (WG 2001), BGBl. I n ° 146/2001, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 181/2013, shall be assigned with the agreement of the Main Committee of the National Council: "
2. § 21 (1) reads:
"(1) In the case of barracks, the caserness commander shall be willing to agree to the extent necessary to the extent necessary to meet the respective military requirements."
3. In § 35, the following paragraph 3a is inserted after the following:
" (3a) The Promulgation Clause and Section 21 (1), respectively as amended by the Regulation BGBl. II No 362/2014, enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
