367. Regulation of the Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection, modifies the foreign employment regulation

On the basis of § 1 4 of the aliens Employment Act - aliens, BGBl. No. 218/1975, as last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 72/2013, is prescribed:

The foreign employment regulation - AuslBVO, Federal Law Gazette No. 609/1990, as last amended by the regulation BGBl. II no 254/2013, is amended as follows:

1. paragraph 1 Z 14:

"14 nationals from Australia, the Republic of Korea and New Zealand, as well as people with one of the competent authorities in Chinese Taipei or passport issued in Hong Kong reached age 18 and the 31 have not exceeded age with regard to their employment during a maximum six-month stay in the Federal territory, where Austrian citizens in these States and territories each on a basis of reciprocity under the same conditions may take up employment."

2. § 2 the following paragraph 5 is added:

"(5) § 1 Z 14 as amended the regulation Federal Law Gazette II No. 367/2014 1 January 2015 into force."
