371. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, amending the Ordinance on Narcotics of the Narcotics Boundary

Due to § 28b of the Suchtmittelgesetz (SMG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). I n ° 112/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. II No. 71/2014, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Justice:

The Suchtgift-Grenzquantitative Ordinance (SGV), BGBl. II No 377/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 361/2012, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the Annex, point 3. "addiction poisons in accordance with Annex IV of the Suchtgiftverordnung" between the lines "Fenetyllin" and "Levamfetamine" the line "Gamma-hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) 200.0" inserted.

2. The previous text of § 3 receives the sales designation "(1)" and the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) The Annex in the version of the Regulation BGBl. II No 371/2014 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
