373. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Health, with which the Psychotropic Boundary Quantity Regulation is amended

Due to § 31b of the Suchtmittelgesetz (SMG), BGBl. I n ° 112/1997, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 71/2014, will be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Justice:

The Psychotropic Boundary Quantity Regulation (PGV), BGBl. II No 378/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 346/2010, shall be amended as follows:

1. In the Annex, point 2. "Substances of Annex IV to the United Nations Convention on Psychotropic Substances (§ 3 (1) of the Suchtmittelgesetz [Suchtmittelgesetz])" No longer between rows "Flurazepam" and "Halazepam" the line "GHB 200,0".

2. The previous text of § 3 receives the sales designation '(1)' and the following paragraph 2 shall be added:

" (2) The Annex in the version of the Regulation BGBl. II No 373/2014 shall enter into force 1. Jänner 2015 in force. "
