8 announcement of the Federal Minister for arts and culture, constitutional and media regarding changes of the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by inland waterways (ADN) attached regulation
On the basis of § 5 par. 1 Z 6 of the Federal Act on the Federal Law Gazette in 2004 (BGBlG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 100/2003 as amended, will be published:
After communication from the Secretary-General of the United Nations from October 2, 2014, as well as according to releases from the 6th January 2015 the following changes and adjustments were of the European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by inland waterways (ADN) accompanying Regulation (BGBl. III No 67/2008, last amended by BGBl. III No. 45/2014) in accordance with article 20, paragraph 5 of the Convention accepted :

The present changes enacted with 1 January 2015 in paragraph 5 of the Convention for all the Contracting Parties pursuant to article 20.
With these by-laws the policy 2014/103/EC of the Commission of 21 November 2014 becomes the third adaptation of the annexes to Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the carriage of dangerous goods by inland to scientific and technical progress, OJ No. L335/15 of the 22.11.2014 p. 15, with regard to annex III. 1 implementation.
