In accordance with article 140 para 5 and 6 B-VG and according to § 64 para 2 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, Federal Law Gazette No. 85/1953, is published:

The Constitutional Court has recognized delivered right to G 119-120/2014-12, the Chancellor with finding of December 11, 2014, on 14 January 2015:



"1. the first sentence of article 191 paragraph 2 of the General Civil Code (ABGB), JGS 946/1811 idF BGBl I no. 15/2013, as well as § 8 para 4 of the Federal law on registered partnership (registered partnership law - EPG), Federal Law Gazette I no. 135/2009 idF BGBl. I no 179/2013, be unconstitutional repealed."

2. the suspension shall enter into force end of 31 December 2015.

3. earlier legislation not again come into force."
