Regulation of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which will issue a home work tariff for the processing and packaging of chemical products by home workers.

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 34 (1) of the Home Labour Act 1960, BGBl No. 105/1961, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 74/2009 authorises the adoption of home-work tariffs at the request of a collective-contract-capable body of workers.

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection (Bundesunification Office) has a decision of 20. January 2016 following the implementation of a senate negotiation following the home working tariff:

Homework tariff

for the processing and packaging of chemical products by home workers

Scope

§ 1. This home work tariff applies:

1.		Spatially: for the federal territory of Austria.
2.		Technical: for the processing and packaging of chemical products, in so far as this activity does not fall within another branch of production and is not already covered by a home employment contract or a home-working tariff.
3.		Personal: for all clients, who are for the under 2. to employ the work of homeworkers.

Charges

§ 2. The unit fees of the employees working in the home are calculated on the basis of the collective agreement for the chemical industry, according to the hourly wage fixed at 7.78 € in the wage level 3.

Home surcharge

§ 3. In the case of unit charges calculated in this way, the employees working at home will receive a 10% home employment surcharge to be identified separately.

Onset of effectiveness

§ 4. The beginning of the effectiveness of this home work rate will be 1. Jänner 2016.
