11. Customer of the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and Media, concerning the scope of the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages

According to the statement by the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, 1 on 27 November 2015 in accordance with Article 2 (1) of the European Charter of Regional or Minority Languages (BGBl. III n ° 216/2001, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III n ° 82/2013), the recognition of Russian and Serbian as minority languages as defined in Part II of the Charter.
