The agreement in accordance with Art. 15a B-VG on the half-day free and compulsory early support in institutional children's education and training - care facilities in the Kindergartenyears 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18, BGBl. In accordance with Article 15 (3) of Regulation (EC) No 138/2015, the Commission shall: 1. Jänner 2016 has become effective vis-à-vis the Land of Vienna.
