45. Presentation of the Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economy on the list of harmonised standards for the safety of personal protective equipment
On the basis of § 71 (4) of the Commercial Code 1994, BGBl. N ° 194, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I N ° 155/2015, in conjunction with § 67 para. 1 of the PSA-Safety Regulation-PSASV, BGBl. No 596/1994, as last amended by the BGBl agreement. II No. 18/2016, is made known:

The recast of Annex 5 of the PPE-Safety Regulation concerning the list of harmonised European standards for the safety of personal protective equipment and the corresponding Austrian standards shall be adopted in the Annex with December 11, 2015. |

This agreement is in line with the Community legal obligation arising from Article 5 (4) of Directive 89 /686/EEC on personal protective equipment and from the Commission's report 2016 /C 014/05 on the communication of the Commission 2015 /C 412/03 of 11.12.2015. |
