26. Presentation by the Federal Minister of Arts and Culture, Constitution and the Media on the termination of the Agreement between the Republic of Austria and Spain on mutual assistance in customs matters

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

The Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of the Kingdom of Spain have agreed by common accord that the following agreement is concluded in accordance with Article 59 (1) (1) (1) (1). (a) the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties since the adoption of Council Regulation (EC) No 515/97 of 13 March 1997 on mutual assistance between the administrative authorities of the Member States and cooperation between those authorities with the Commission with a view to the correct application of the customs and agricultural arrangements and, since the conclusion of the Convention of 18 December 1997, 1 on the basis of Article K.3 of the Treaty on European Union, on mutual assistance and cooperation between customs administrations and declarations, BGBl. III No 100/2006, should be considered as an end:

Agreement between the Republic of Austria and Spain on mutual administrative assistance in customs matters, BGBl. No 104/1983.
