At its seventh session, the fourth meeting of the By 15 May 2015, the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade (BGBl. III No 67/2005 idF BGBl. -No 106/2009, as last amended by BGBl. III No 173/2015, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 177/2015) adopted the amendment to Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention, as amended below:
In accordance with Decision RC-7/4, the following chemical is included in Annex III to the Convention:

The existing entry in Annex III for "methamidophos (soluble liquid formulations of the substance whose active substance content exceeds 600 g/l)" is deleted with the same decision.
The present amendment is based on Decision RC-7/4 and in accordance with Article 22 (5) (lit). c of the Convention for all Contracting Parties entered into force on 15 September 2015.
