10. Revocation of the Federal Chancellor on the annulment of Section 22 (12) of the Federal Law on the Granting of Asylum by the Constitutional Court
Pursuant to Art. 140 (5), (6) and (7) B-VG and in accordance with § 65 Z 2 in conjunction with Section 64 (2) of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 85/1953, is made known:
The Constitutional Court, with knowledge of 23 February 2016, G 574 /2015 -7, delivered to the Federal Chancellor on 26 February 2016, was rightly recognized:

Section 22 (12) of the Federal Law on the Granting of Asylum (Asylum Act 2005-Asylum G 2005), BGBl. I N ° 100 idF BGBl. I n ° 68/2013, is repealed as unconstitutional. |

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. |

The repealed provision shall no longer apply. " |
