Transfer.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1 °-Transfer to the Municipality of Ubajay, Entre Ríos Province, free of charge, the domain of one (1) property owned by the State-National Park Administration-located in the urban ejido of the town of Ubajay, the department of Colón, province of Entre Ríos, in the chakra 32, apple 37, of one (1) hectare of surface area according to the plan of mensura 21,734, heading 110839.
Art. 2 °-The transfer provided for in the preceding article is carried out by the beneficiary to the construction of an educational establishment.
Article 3-The costs to be incurred by the present shall be borne by the beneficiary.
Art. 4 °-Set a period of 10 (ten) years for the fulfillment of the charge imposed in the previous article, which, without the fact that it will measure observance, the domain of the immovable object of the present will reverse in favor of the national State.
Art. 5 °-The Executive Branch shall take the necessary measures for the purposes of concluding the transfer in the term of sixty (60) days of entry into force of this law.
Art. 6 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
