Declare National Historical Monument in the Province of Buenos Aires.

The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:

ARTICLE 1 °-State historical monument, in the terms of Law 12.665, to the house of Don Avelino Rolón, located in the "Quinta Santa Rita", at the intersection of the streets Lamadrid and Gorriti in the town of Boulogne Sur Mer, party of San Isidro of the province of Buenos Aires.

Article 2 °-The National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historical Assets, which is dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will use all things to comply with this law.

ARTICLE 3-Commune to the Executive Branch.
