Declaration.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc.
Law:
Article 1 °-State Historical Monument in the framework of Law 12.665 and its modifications, to the building of the Fray Fair School Fair Santa Maria de Oro, located in the street Bernardino Rivadavia 854, located between the streets Bernardino Rivadavia, General Paz, Laprida and Aberestain, cadastral nomenclature No. 18-60-300-200 of the town of San Jose de Jachal, department Jachal, San Juan province.
Art. 2º-The National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historical Assets, dependent on the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology of the Nation, will implement everything that is relevant to the fulfillment of the present law.
Art. 3 °-Commune to the national executive branch.
