Declare well of National Historical and Artistic Interest, to the building where the National College "Monsignor Doctor Pablo Cabrera" functioned.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation, meeting in Congress, etc., are sanctioned by law:
Article 1-State and national artistic interest, in the terms of Law 12.665, to the building where the National College "Monsignor Doctor Pablo Cabrera" operates, located in the block surrounded by the streets Santa Fe, Tucumán, Mitre and Avenida Rioja, from the city of San Juan, province of San Juan, for the purpose of its best preservation, conservation and keeping of the objective.
ARTICLE 2 °-The National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historical Assets, dependent on the Ministry of Culture of the Nation, will implement all the information in accordance with the provisions of article 1 of this Law.
ARTICLE 3-Commune to the Executive Branch.
